アーニャがソファから落ちてロイドの方に転がっていく姿、本当に可愛い。
Anya falling from the couch and proceeding to roll towards Loid, absolutely adorable.
ソファから床に転がるというのも、とても親近感が湧くね….
…. I also find it very relatable of rolling off the couch onto the floor….
とても「普通じゃなかった」けど、面白い。
That was so random but still funny.
これを見て、「小林さんちのメイドラゴン 2期」でイルルが同じことをやっていたのを思い出した。笑
スパイ×ファミリーはアーニャの可愛らしい瞬間がたくさんありますね。以前の回で、ロイドが電話の応対に走ったとき、アーニャがベイブレードのように回転したのも好きだった。
This reminded of Ilulu doing the same in Dragon Maid S2 lol. Spy x Family has so many adorable moments of Anya. I liked another one in a previous episode when Anya spun like a Beyblade when Loid ran to answer that phone call.
あの回転芸には参った。笑
That roll just killed me.
任務のための家族だけど、だんだん本物になりつつある？
ヨルがどうすればもっと母親らしくなれるか考えていたことから、彼女が考える「偽りの家族」はすでに本当の家族であることがわかる。また、アーニャを誘拐した犯人が彼女をメイドと呼び続けるのを怒りに任せて正したこと。
本当に心温まる話。
The fact Yor was pondering on how to be more motherly already makes what she thinks is a “fake family” already a legitimate one. Also how angrily she corrected Anya’s kidnappers who kept calling her a maid. Truly heartwarming stuff.
“母性の強さは、時に自然法則よりも偉大である”
ヨルはアーニャと一緒にいた時間は短いかもしれないが、アーニャのことを気にかけるようになり、笑顔で我慢するときや、喧嘩をするときまで教えるようになったところが好き。ヨルは空気みたいな存在なので、あまりいい教えは期待できないが。好き!
“Sometimes the strength of motherhood is greater than natural laws” Yor might’ve been with Anya for such a short time but I like how much she grew to care about her, and even teaching her when to smile and hold back and also when to pick a fight. Since Yor is somewhat of an airhead, you don’t expect to see some great lessons from her. I like it!
その上、ヨルは自分の母親としての資質を疑っているが、すでに母親として素晴らしい仕事をしている。
アーニャが実際に実践できる知恵を授けてくれたり、実技の訓練をしてくれたり(彼女が半強制的に誘拐されたことを考えると…..いくつかの素晴らしい安心感)、そしてただ一般的にヨルは非常に心が広い。
もしロイドが偽物の家族の父親としての立場を捨てなければならなくなったとしても、ヨルはアーニャにとって素晴らしい母親になれるだろうし、なれるだろうと。私の頭の中で考えすぎな部分あるけど、そう思ってる。孤児院はもういらない。
On top of that, although she doubts her mothering credentials she’s already doing a great job as mum – some good pearls of wisdom that Anya was actually able to implement, training her in a practical skill (given she’d just been semi-kidnapped also some nice reassurance) and just generally being very generous to her.
The overthinking part of my brain feels relatively comfortable with the idea that if Loid ever did have to abandon his post as father in the fake family, Yor could and would make a great mother for Anya. No more orphanages required!
アーニャの母になりたいと心から願い、それをチンピラたちに堂々と宣言するヨルの姿がすべて。
また、番組が進むにつれて、彼女はロイドをますます好きになっていくと思う。
Yor truly wanting to be a mother to Anya and proudly declaring it to those thugs was everything.
She’ll probably also fall more and more for Loid as the show goes along.
ヨルは母親としての義務を完全に受け入れたのに対し、ロイドは家族をまだ全てを受け入れたわけではない。(ロイドの親としての不安は、実は任務の心配をしているだけだから）ほろ苦い。
She fully embraced her motherly duties whereas Loid is still not all-in yet (seen in her “relating” to Loid’s parental anxiety which is actually just him worrying about the mission). It’s bittersweet.
ヨルは都合よくそこにいるのかもしれないが、自分の置かれた状況をできる限り真剣に考えていることは確か。
She may be there out of convenience, but she sure is taking her situation as seriously as she can.
誘拐犯は興味深い指摘をした。あの学校に通う人はおそらく金持ちで、買い物のようなことは自分ではしないので、助けがいるのだろう、と。

Those kidnappers did make an interesting point that someone going to that school likely is rich and has help so they don’t do things like grocery shop themselves. Maybe the Forgers could hire a maid, possibly a dragon that punches as hard as Yor. [Dragon Maid punch s1 e2]
あのチンピラどもは簡単に釈放されたね、ヨルの殺気立った顔は強烈。
また、アーニャの両親に対する無条件で受け入れている感じがとても好きです。ロイド達は自分たちの行動をどんなにみっともないと思っていても、二人ともとてもカッコいいと思う。
アーニャの目線で見ると、とても愛おしい。
Those punks got off easy, Yor’s murder face is intense. I also just love how unconditionally impressed Anya is with her parents, she thinks they’re both so cool despite how unbecoming they view their own actions. It’s so endearing to see things from Anya’s perspective.
ダミアン登場
学校の写真で、みんな両親と一緒に写っている…けど、ダミアンは隅っこで一人で立っている。
Everybody with their parents in the school photo… except Damian, who’s standing alone in the corner
ダミアンは、自分を顧みない両親のせいで、孤独な子という現実よりも、金持ちの強力ないじめっ子という人格を演じているようだ。
Looks like having parents who don’t care about him one bit has made young Damian put on the persona of a rich powerful bully rather than the reality of being a lonely abandoned kid that he is.
ダミアンはガキだが、何か理由がありそうな気がする…..
Kids a brat, but it seems like there might be a reason for that…
顔を殴られた男の子と、学校の写真に一人で写っている男の子が同じ日
Man getting hit in the face and being alone in the school photo all in the same day
ダミアンのいじめは、おそらく助けを求める叫びなのだろう。ダミアンの両親は、わざわざ執事とメイドを代役として送り込むこともしなかった。
His bullying is probably a cry for help. His parents didn’t even bother sending a butler and maid as stand-ins.
いじめはとても悲しいことだ、もう一度ダミアンをファルコンパンチで殴ることができるだろうか。
This is so sad can we falcon punch him again
よく気付きましたね。この作品では、ダミアンが家族の問題に取り組む様子が描かれるでしょう。ダミアンは私の2番目に好きなキャラクターで、アーニャとの関係を見るのが待ち遠しいです。
Good catch. Kinda depressing and we will probably see an arc of him dealing with his family issues. Damien is my second favorite character and can’t wait to see his relationship with Anya.

そして、ダミアンとアーニャをマジに可能な限り遠くに引き離した。本当に考えさせられる。
And they literally put him and Anya as far apart as they could be. Really good imagery here
へぇー、気がつかなかったー。
ダミアンがアーニャと真逆の位置に置かれているのも、ちょっと象徴的な気がします。ダミアンが高い位置にいるのに対して、アーニャは一番下の段にいるのも……（何か意味がある？）
Huh, I didn’t realize! I think there’s also a bit of symbolish with how Damian is placed on the complete opposite of Anya. Also how he’s placed high up whereas Anya is placed at the bottom rung…
